All commissions, including YCH (Your Character Here), are for PERSONAL use only. Commercial commissions will start at 3x the base price and up. Please reach via email and we can negotiate. DO NOT remove my watermark/signature and claim the art as your own.

I retain the right to share the WIPS and finished commissions on social media for promotion. I will choose which ones I post, do not force me to post your commission if I do not.

I retain the right to decline any commissions for any reason.

My art is NOT permitted to be used for NFT, crypto or AI purposes.

Commission completion will vary from 1 - 3 months. Please let me know if there's a deadline! There will be a deadline fee or a rush fee.

Payment method is PayPal ONLY. Full price must be paid upfront through PayPal in USD currency. NO cryptocurrency allowed.

NO REFUND once I start the commission UNLESS I cannot finish it, then a partial refund will be made.

3 mild revisions allowed for the SKETCH portion and 3 mild revisions for flat color changes. Once the flat colors are approved, NO revisions are allowed unless I missed something.

Commission will be sent to clients email in .PNG/.JPEG format and google drive file. I will not ship any physical products for commissions, it's strictly digital. I will delete the google drive file 3 weeks after it was sent to make space, so make sure to save the artwork in that time.

You, the client, agree to all of the terms of service when you commission me, the artist.

FREE one solid background color, circle, square or shape of your choice. Color gradient background allowed as well.

NO complex backgrounds!

Props, objects, and complex clothing/patterns will have additional starting fee of $5 and up depending on complexity.

Additional characters will be 85% of the original price.

Example: 1 character in bust will be $85 USD. If you want 2 characters in bust, 85% of $85 USD will be $72.25 USD, so total will be $ 157.25 USD! :)

Character references/images are MANDATORY. Pose, color palettes, clothing as well as additional descriptions are needed. If you want me to DESIGN a character, that will cost EXTRA, so PLEASE have image references READY.

I will confirm your order by sending an invoice to your PayPal email and you’ll make full payment upfront. I will only begin with the commission once the invoice payment is processed.

I will send update process through your social media DM or your email, whichever is preferred by you. Please note that my work hours are during weekdays, I rest on weekends/holidays.

Process will be as follows: Sketch -> lineart/flat colors -> rendering/shading + finishing touches -> Final Version.

I will send the final version to your email in high quality .PNG/JPEG format.

By purchasing my adoptable designs, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms of service described herein.

All adoptable designs are finished pieces of digital art.

You, the client, may not use the adoptable for commercial use, unless discussed with me; commercial fees will be negotiated if it will be used as such.

You may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone, computer wallpapers and personal website/profile displays. You retain the right to print or create physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it's for your PERSONAL use and not for sale/merch.

I retain the right to post and use my art as promotion.

Do NOT mint/sell my art for NFTs or involve my art in any Crypto-related projects as well as using my art for AI purposes.

You can give names, new clothes, a personality, change gender, but please credit me for the original design and art.

PayPal payment ONLY and must be paid in USD currency. Invoice will be sent to your PayPal email. Once payment is processed, I'll send you a watermark free .png and .jpeg file of the art to your email.

No refunds once the adoptable is purchased and you are not authorized to issue a chargeback.
